This page explains how You can delete Your account and personal data associated with the Matdaan Track mobile application (available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store). Deleting Your account will permanently remove Your profile, personal information, login credentials and associated location/tracking data from our systems.
You can delete Your Matdaan Track account and associated data in any of the following ways:
Using the form below: Complete and submit the request form on this page. Our team will verify Your identity and complete the deletion.
By email: Write to us at datalive.sw@gmail.com from the email address registered with Your Matdaan Track account, clearly stating that You wish to delete Your account.
Please note that simply uninstalling the application does not delete Your account or the data associated with it.
Your account and profile will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Your personal data, including login credentials, and any location/tracking data associated with Your account, will be erased from our active systems.
Deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
We may retain certain information where we are legally obliged to do so, for example to comply with applicable statutory, contractual or audit requirements, or where required for resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.
Where the Application is used under a contract with a Government department, tracking data may be retained or shared in accordance with the terms of that contract and applicable law.
